Understand the full publication journey in our journal system before you begin—so you know what to expect at every stage.

Your submission path

From account setup through final confirmation, these are the steps you complete in the platform.

  1. Step 1

    Account creation

    Create your platform account first—this unlocks submission features and keeps your work tied to a secure profile.

  2. Step 2

    Join a journal

    After signing in, join the journal you intend to submit to so your manuscript is routed to the correct editorial team.

  3. Step 3

    Start the submission flow

    Inside your chosen journal, open the guided submission flow to begin entering your article details.

  4. Step 4

    Accept journal guidelines

    Read and accept the journal’s rules and publication policies before you continue—this step protects both authors and readers.

  5. Step 5

    Article metadata

    Provide the essential information editors and reviewers need to understand your work at a glance.

  6. Step 6

    Co-authors (optional)

    Add co-authors for attribution, collaboration, and academic credibility whenever your work was jointly produced.

  7. Step 7

    Article submission

    Upload or attach your manuscript following the journal’s formatting and file requirements.

  8. Step 8

    Review before final submit

    A confirmation screen summarizes everything you entered. After you confirm, the submission is locked and can no longer be edited in the flow.

  9. Step 9

    Editorial workflow

    Once your article is in the system, editorial staff and reviewers take over. You stay informed while the manuscript moves through each gate.

    Initial editorial check

    An editor confirms eligibility and fit with the journal. The manuscript either advances to peer review or is declined with rationale.

    Peer review

    The editor invites reviewers. Each reviewer evaluates the work and returns structured feedback for the editorial team.

    Final editorial decision

    The editor synthesizes reviewer input and decides the outcome. Every decision is accompanied by comments, and the full feedback history is preserved.
